TELEHANDLER - MAGNI HTH25-11

Overview

Project Dry Hire 25-tonne telehandler range, built for the upper end of heavy civil and major project work where structural lift demand, vertical reach, and ground-bearing constraints put conventional wheeled plant out of contention. At 25T, the machine steps into territory that sits between a heavy telehandler and a mobile crane — offering the manoeuvrability and self-propelled versatility that crane logistics can't match on live construction programmes.

Common applications include heavy precast and post-tensioned concrete element placement, large structural steel and fabricated beam handling, modular and skid-mounted plant installation, bridge deck and girder works, marine and port infrastructure where reach over structure is required, and project logistics on programmes where crane hook time is constrained by cost, access, or programme sequencing. The 25T capacity class is also well suited to tunnel and underground project portals, where headroom and drive-in access rule out larger lifting plant and payload demand exceeds what lighter telehandlers can carry in a single pick.

Key Features

  • 25-tonne rated lift capacity at centralised load centre, with full capacity available across the working envelope within manufacturer-specified parameters
  • Extended boom reach designed for over-structure and over-obstacle placement where crane positioning is restricted or impractical
  • High-flotation or heavy-duty axle configuration to manage ground-bearing pressure on civil sites with prepared or marginal surfaces
  • Four-wheel drive and four-wheel steer as standard, with crab steer for lateral positioning in confined areas
  • Full attachment versatility — forks, hook, man basket, pipe clamp, and specialised lifting beams — exchangeable without secondary plant
  • Stabiliser outriggers for maximum capacity picks, with electronic load management and rated capacity indicator (RCI) as standard
  • Enclosed ROPS/FOPS cab with air conditioning, load charts, and visibility aids suited to extended shift operations on major project sites
  • Telematics-ready with remote diagnostics, hour tracking, and fleet monitoring integration for long-term hire programmes
  • Fully compliant with AS 2359 and relevant Australian Standards for elevated work platform and lifting attachments where applicable
  • Serviced under PDH's 6% weekly service fee — scheduled maintenance, breakdown response, and compliance documentation managed for the duration of hire
